Why We Love El Segundo
El Segundo is a small coastal town in the South Bay of Los Angeles, situated just south of the Los Angeles International Airport and north of Manhattan beach. This sleepy area is known for its nearly-Midwestern, small-town feel. Most residents have spent a majority of their lives here, and the town has strong traditions and heritage. El Segundo has a strong industry and operations economy, and is known for being one of the most business-friendly cities in L.A. County. This title is clear, as demonstrated by Chevron's large oil refinery, Hyperion treatment plant, the El Segundo power plant, and a number of aerospace companies such as Boeing, Raytheon, and Lockheed Martin. Also in the area are Mattel's headquarters, AT&T Entertainment Hub, and Big 5 Sporting Goods.
Fresh Brothers loves serving the El Segundo area because of how friendly, neighborly, and kind the residents are. Anywhere you go in El Segundo, you'll find a passerby saying hello and smiling. One of El Segundo's friendliest sets of residents includes its endangered Blue Butterfly, a preserve for which was created near LAX. During the day, El Segundo offers its beautiful beach, nearby Dockweiler Park (complete with bonfires), and Marvin Braude Bike Trail for exploring and playing. The town has a knack for old cars, hence the Automobile Driving Museum with classic vehicles and an ice cream parlor. Additionally, ESMoA, or the El Segundo Museum of Art, is an "art laboratory" that aims to spread creativity.
