Why We Love Irvine
Located in the center of Orange County is Irvine. This upscale area is known for its involvement in the tech and semiconductor industries. Irvine is an absolute hotspot for industry and business headquarters. In northwestern Irvine is Fresh Brothers Market Place. Around here, residential areas rule. It is filled with families, schools, and local parks, like Hicks Canyon, David Sills Lower Peters Canyon, Heritage Community Park, and Tustin Sports Park. This portion of Irvine also has a higher education institution, University of La Verne. This city is well-planned and extensive, with perfect destinations for shopping, eating, playing, and getting outside around every turn. Because of this, you've likely seen Irvine in a number of movies or television shows!
This portion of Irvine is just minutes away from sprawling mountains, including Whiting Ranch Wilderness Park and Limestone Canyon Park. Just over their ridges are deep canyons, like Modjeska and Santiago, which are accompanied by outdoor attractions like Irvine Lake and Oak Canyon Park. Down the street from our Market Place spot is the Northwood Gratitude and Honor Memorial, remembering American troops. For families, the Pretend City Children's Museum, Marconi Automotive Museum, Santa Ana Zoo, and even Disneyland and Disney California Adventure Parks are just a short drive away. Additionally, just 15-minute drives are comedy spots like ImprovCity and Irvine Improv, monuments like the Tustin Area History Society, Portola Expedition Monument, and museums like the Museum of Woman and the Dr. Howe-Waffle House & Medical Museum.
